You can also turn to ONB-ICT for assistance in upgrading to a new or different computer or laptop. In addition to new system installation, which of course looks at the overall picture and not just Windows installation, your new system is fully fine-tuned. So equipped with all desired settings and programs, but also existing files can be transferred from your old system, such as photos, office files (Word, Excel, etc) but also your mail. ONB-ICT ensures that all important old data is neatly transferred to your new system.
We offer remote assistance, where we then remotely take over the operation of the computer and work with you to see what is going on and come to a solution. The advantage of this is that we don’t have to come by or you have to turn in your computer to us. We use the program TeamViewer, software that works with a fully encrypted connection, which meets the highest security standards. TeamViewer is not a program that needs to be installed, works once and leaves no traces. In case remote computer takeover is undesirable, we additionally offer computer help at your home or work, so that wherever you are, you can be properly and adequately assisted. With no surprises later, we make sure that you can always expect an immediate estimate of the length of time and possible costs.
Does your computer no longer boot up?
We are your helping hand in analyzing and repairing computers that no longer boot up. The remote assistance option is then unfortunately not possible, but of course this need not be a problem at all. We can come to you, or you can come to us.
