Working in the Cloud. You’ve probably heard it before, but what exactly is it? Simply put, it means that your work environment or complete network runs on your own piece of server, in a well-secured data center. This makes the local server redundant. The programs you work with and the files you have can be accessed from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Provided there is internet, of course. In use, you don’t notice any difference. In maintenance and security, yes. This is because you automatically use the latest updates and security methods. You don’t have to do anything about that at all.
Our employees can now access calendars and mail from anywhere and it’s all managed remotely, super organized.
All PCs replaced with new ones and equipped with the right software, including specific (web) applications and immediately switched to VoIP telephony. This was not the first assignment and certainly not the last!
