Customers of mailboxes provided by MijnVolksuniversiteit wanted to stop using this method of sending because of many problems with mail delivery. A lot of mail sent to trainees ends up in spam or is rejected because many are using Gmail or Hotmail, and therefore the system could not be trusted enough.
MijnVolksuniversiteit partnered with ONB-ICT, which was already doing the Microsoft support for Volksuniversiteit The Hague. MijnVolksuniversiteit has introduced ONB-ICT to a number of Volksuniversities and within a few weeks, 6 organizations have now successfully migrated to Office 365 with all their mailboxes and these Volksuniversities send their transactional emails from administration through their own Office 365 account.
Result: everything gets back to the students, and not in the spam either! Goal achieved.
